Vidya Consulting Workshop Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in participating in workshops offered by Vidya Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing enriching and valuable experiences, and this policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our workshops. By registering for and participating in our workshops, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Minimum Participation:
Each workshop requires a minimum of **ten (10) fully paid participants** to proceed. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if this minimum number is not met by **[Specify a clear deadline, e.g., 7 days]** prior to the scheduled workshop date.
In the event that we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, all participants who have paid the full workshop fee will be offered the option of:
A full refund of the amount paid, or
Enrollment in the same or a comparable workshop at a future date, subject to availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of a cancellation due to insufficient enrollment as soon as a decision is made.
Participant Cancellation:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in a workshop. Our policy regarding cancellations by participants is as follows:
If you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date:** You will be eligible for a refund of **75%** of the total workshop fee paid. The remaining **25%** is non-refundable and covers administrative costs and preparatory arrangements, including but not limited to material reservations.
If you cancel your registration within14 days of the scheduled workshop date:** We regret that we are unable to offer a refund. The full workshop fee will be retained. This is due to the costs already incurred in preparation for your participation, including materials and scheduling.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the workshop date, or for non-attendance.**
Payment Methods:
Full payment for the workshop is required to secure your spot. We accept payment via:

Through our scheduling system:** Which may include credit/debit card payments processed by our payment gateway.
Transferring Your Registration:
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may be able to transfer your registration to another individual, provided you notify us of the transfer with the substitute attendee's name and contact information at least **2 hours** prior to the workshop start time. The substitute attendee will be subject to this cancellation policy.
Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule:
In addition to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as instructor illness, venue issues, or force majeure events.
In such cases, registered participants will be offered the options of a full refund or enrollment in the rescheduled workshop or another comparable workshop, subject to availability.
