Shamanic Energy Healing Session
Throughout and around the body, each human contains a bio field of energy channels (prana, Qi, bioenergy etc), this subtle energy connects a person with their vitality for life. Each individual should tend to their energy flow through a variety of practices to keep this life force moving and clear through the body. At times these channels may become dense or blocked because of emotional, mental and or physical reasons that can create dis-ease and illness. This dense energy will make one feel out of alignment and a disconnect with one’s higher self, meaning in life and cause depression.
A shamanic healing session includes clearing one’s field either in person or long distant. Many people say that they walk away feeling light in the body and more clear in their focus and spiritual bodies.
In our time together we will work in your bioenergy field to help clear and move stagnant energy within a sacred confidential space.
Soul Retrieval
Each living person has a soul, the soul is a subpart of Spirit of the collective consciousness. Trauma or life changing events can effect parts of the soul where they dis-fragment from a person which is called soul loss. In Mastery of shamanism doctoring for a person can involve retrieving ones soul piece that may have been evicted through a traumatic experience. Soul loss can occur in this lifetime, past lifetimes and may incarnate as dis-ease, addictions, illness, anxiety compulsive disorders etc.
The first soul retrieval session is minimum 1.5 hours and may lead to supplement session to teach each client ways to nurture the return of their soul piece.

Anita is a certified Death Doula and shamanic practitioner, specializing in supporting individuals and their families through the dying process and beyond. She offers compassionate care, active listening, and spiritual support to facilitate a peaceful and meaningful passage. Additionally, Anita provides after-death care, which she respectfully refers to as the Graduation Ceremony or Aya Ceremony, helping to honor and integrate the experience of loss.

Anita has spent many years sitting in Moon Lodge at Sundance ceremonies, deepening her connection to the sacred feminine and the wisdom of Grandmother Moon. Over the years, she has been honored to learn from and sit with Sheila Nyman, a respected Moon Lodge Keeper. Through this journey, Anita has cultivated her role as a space holder for women’s circles and girls’ rites of passage, guiding young maidens as they step into their transformative journey.
