Shamanic Yoga - move the physical body to work open held tension and emotions in the body. an intentional practice of Shamanic Yoga using the energetics of Yoga to open the lines of energy in a somatic practice.
SomatIQ Breathwork™ - an ancient way to get into the body’s energetic system to clear out psychic debris from this life and your ancestral bloodline. Breathwork is full embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions and pent up energy from the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve.
Expressive Arts - Create art to allow your inner unconscious self to speak to you through your hands. We will slowly use expressive art to tune into the inner & higher self to deepen the relationship with Spirit using art and writing as a way to express what may be talking but not being listened too.
We will share our experiences in a confidential sharing circle.
