Retreat Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in our retreat. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below:
Cancellation Period:
To be eligible for a partial refund, cancellations must be made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the retreat.
Partial Refund Details:
A partial refund will be provided, minus a non-refundable fee of $100 for the retreat itself.
Additionally, there is a non-refundable fee of $50 for accommodations if applicable.
Limited Space Consideration:
Please be aware that our retreats have limited space, and your reservation ensures your spot, making it challenging for us to accommodate last-minute cancellations.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled start date are not eligible for a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we sympathize with your situation, but due to limited space and advanced preparations, we cannot offer refunds for late cancellations.
Transfer of Reservation:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another eligible participant. Please notify us in advance with the details of the new participant.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
